Until now, Kamikakko has continued to conduct all transactions in writing, except for credit card payments on our e-commerce site. However, in order to adapt to electronic transactions, we will be switching to electronic invoices and contracts from August 1, 2023.

Specifically, transactions will be conducted via the following services:
・Invoice (electronic transactions): "Invoice Quick" SBI Business Solutions Co., Ltd.
・Contract (electronic signature): "MF Cloud Contract" Money Forward, Inc.
*The legal validity of electronic contracts is guaranteed by electronic signatures, and according to Article 3 of the Electronic Signatures Act, they have the same effect as paper contracts.
*If you would like to transact in writing, please contact us and we will accommodate. Please note that in the case of electronic transactions, no written contracts will be sent.
