Please note that, with the exception of some small and lightweight items, it is very difficult to transport large and heavy items (machinery, etc.) by cash on delivery due to regulations of each shipping company.
For machinery, if you would like to check the condition of the product before making payment, please feel free to contact us as we can inspect and test run the machine before purchasing if you come to our storage location.

Dimensions and weight may differ slightly from the figures currently announced by the manufacturer due to minor changes to the model, the presence or absence of options, customization, the condition of the machine, etc.
The dimensions and weight of the machine listed are those of the machine itself before packaging. (If information is insufficient, the values ​​may be approximate.)

<For second-hand products>
In order to ensure that you can enjoy your product for as long as possible, we may need to make final adjustments and check its operation after payment, so we may not be able to deliver the product immediately. If you are in a hurry, please inquire about the shortest delivery time before purchasing.

<For new machines>
Please understand that it may take some time for delivery as production will begin after your order is confirmed or payment is confirmed. Even the shortest delivery time may take several months.
Regarding parts and consumables, the handling will differ depending on whether they are in stock or shipped directly from the manufacturer.
For products that are in our inventory, we can adjust the delivery date to the extent possible on any business day after the day after payment is confirmed.
For items shipped directly from the manufacturer, they will be shipped on the manufacturer's business day, the day after payment is confirmed, at the earliest possible time. We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates. Also, depending on the manufacturer's inventory, items may be shipped after new production has been completed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We check the operation and power supply as much as possible, but due to the nature of used products, we cannot guarantee that they will work for a certain period of time after delivery to the customer. Please be aware of the risks associated with used products, such as deterioration over time and wear and tear on parts, before purchasing. We do check that the product is working and powered on while it is stored in our warehouse.
Please note that malfunctions and breakdowns due to deterioration of consumable parts or lack of filling material can occur at some point in time, regardless of whether the machine is new or used, and are not a result of the machine being used. The purchase of necessary consumable parts and materials, part replacement, and maintenance costs are the responsibility of the customer. In addition, breakdowns can also be caused by factors such as the machine's management, maintenance status, cleaning status, and materials used. If there is a problem with the way the machine is used, the customer is responsible for the repair costs.
If the product breaks or is damaged due to an accident during shipping, we can handle it as a defective product within the scope of shipping insurance.

Regarding used products, we do not accept returns or refunds after the contract has been signed for cosmetic issues (such as discoloration, paint peeling, dirt, scratches, dents, warping, or damaged packaging) or for the presence or absence of accessories or additional optional equipment that would be included with a new product. Because these are used products, unlike new products, we may only be able to include accessories that were originally included. This is because, for example, the accessories and specifications may change based on the original owner's order at the time of purchase. Also, the appearance of the product in photos may vary in color and quality depending on the device you use. There may also be cosmetic issues not visible in the photos. If you are concerned about the condition of the machine, please contact us and we will be happy to inspect the actual product for you (arrangement required).

For used machinery for sale, if an instruction manual (hereinafter referred to as "manual") is available for that model, we will generally provide only a portion of the manual if you request it at the time of purchase.
Many used machine manuals are already difficult to obtain for new machines, so the original documents are also used and may already be in a significantly damaged condition at the time of acquisition. Therefore, the printed documents you receive may contain creases, stains, distortions, bends, damaged parts, or writing marks. Also, the manual may be for a different model of the same series as the model being sold. Thank you for your understanding.

Regardless of whether you have had previous transactions with us, we do not provide free instruction manuals for products other than those you have purchased, or free instruction manuals only.
